Use this page to check availability and make a booking for excursions and incursions with Gibberagong Environmental Education Centre.

Plan your school incursion/excursion in 3 simple steps

Browse incursions and excursions by stage or subject area.
Contact the centre
Check the calendar and complete the online booking form with your preferred date and number of students, or contact us during normal school business hours.
Receive excursion details
We provide confirmation, risk assessments, and preparation materials (including transport details for the bus company).

If you can't find any suitable dates please email the centre to discuss options.

We recommend you book buses as soon as you have made a booking with the centre.

Days marked ‘Excursion available’ are open for excursions.

Days marked ‘Email us’ may be available depending on site and staff; email the centre to confirm at gibberagon-e.school@det.nsw.edu.au

Days marked ‘Incursion available’ are open for incursions or visits within walking distance of your school.

Days marked ‘Booked’ are unavailable.

We will try to accommodate all booking requests. For specific dates, please contact the centre.

For Conference room bookings complete the Conference room booking form as availability is not listed on this calendar.
