Program
Let us guide your students in the calming practice of nature journalling.
This mindfulness and wellbeing routine is a skill that can be used for students to enhance their own wellbeing. Students will receive their own nature journal to record observations in nature in your school grounds.
Journal activities will include sensory recordings and investigations such as leaf rubbings and a sound map. Students will also explicitly learn the scientific skill or botanical drawings using water colour pencils.
Teachers will be supplied with a comprehensive list of nature journal prompts to implement this wellbeing practice with their students on an ongoing basis.
