Gibberagong Environmental Education Centre offers curriculum-aligned primary school excursions for Early Stage 1 to Stage 3 students. Our primary school excursions in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and beyond provide hands-on environmental learning through bushwalks, fieldwork investigations and creative activities. Led by qualified NSW Department of Education teachers, students explore ecosystems, Aboriginal cultural heritage and the natural environment while developing scientific and geographical inquiry skills.

Early stage 1 excursions

Students discover the bush through sensory exploration, storytelling and hands-on activities.

Stage 1 excursions

Students are introduced to fieldwork as they explore the natural and human features of places and learn about Aboriginal connections to Country.
