Gibberagong Environmental Education Centre is available for public schools and NSW Department of Education corporate staff to hire as a conference venue. Located in the beautiful picturesque Bobbin Head picnic area, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.

Conference facility features include:

  • Comfortably accommodate up to 20 - 25 people in a quite and dedicated space.
  • The SMART board and wi-fi can be accessed with DoE technology equipment.
  • Whiteboard.
  • Commercial kitchen facility.
  • Split system air-conditioning unit for heating and cooling.
  • Parking at door.
  • Walking tracks in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park are in close proximity.
  • Landline availability.
  • National Parks Car Passes will be supplied to attendees.
  • Self-catering venue. You are welcome to bring your own food or arrange a catering delivery.
  • Milk, coffee, tea available upon arrival.
  • Photocopy / scanning facility available upon request.
  • Well ventilated space, open to the fresh air.
  • Covid-19 requirements followed according to NSW DoE procedures.

Map for access to venue will be sent with the confirmation.

Please ensure you print a copy and provide to attendees or the bus driver on the morning of your event.

Upon arrival attendees will be supplied with a National Parks Car Pass for their visit.

Cost

2024 DoE $150.00 per day (GST not applicable)

2024 Catering - tea/coffee $15.00 per day (GST not applicable)

2024 Photocopying $35.00 per day (GST not applicable) only charged if required on the day

National Parks entry is $2.20 per person
